A Perfect August Evening

We're finally enjoying some warm weather again! We took advantage of a beautiful summer evening and hung out with some friends at the park and, of course, the Dairy Queen!!!

With a little help from Daddy, Ellie was finally brave enough to try ALL of the fountains at the splash pad!

Not surprisingly, this fountain has remained her favorite. She did, however, crawl inside the "fort" for the first time! She didn't even get wet under there! :)

After drying off, Ellie had a blast tossing a frisbee around for the first time!

Mmmmm....a delicious (and super messy) chocolate dipped ice cream cone. I think Mommy and Daddy will be wiser next time to choose a sundae instead! ;)

HA HA! And this is what it REALLY looks like most of the time! We love our kiddos!
